Privacy Policy

The Fort Myers Beach Real Estate Guide respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you send a contact or advertising inquiry, request a guide box, or claim an advertiser profile, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and message. If you create an account, we store your email address and name so you can sign in and manage your profile.

Advertisers who manage a profile may add business details, photos, logos, and links. That information is shown publicly on the advertiser directory because that is its purpose.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare advertising proposals and proofs, manage your advertiser profile, and send messages about your account or ads. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

The digital flipbook is hosted by Issuu, and maps are provided by Google. Those services load only when you open them and are governed by their own privacy policies. Links to advertiser websites and social media pages take you to sites we do not control.

Data retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and account information as long as needed to serve you and run the guide. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us below.
